Justice Force holds all chemical facilities in City O accountable according to the law, enforces deindustrialization, and safeguards the living environment of sentient organisms in City O. However, deindustrialization has caused industrial bankruptcies, unemployment, and issues with City O's human inhabitants' means of subsistence. The human inhabitants has banded together (referred to collectively as P34) to query law enforcement.

To eliminate poverty, industrialization is required for human in order to satisfy the most fundamental requirements. According to the law, the Justice Force enforces deindustrialization, resulting in issues with human subsistence, which has already jeopardised the right to human survival. We therefore raise questions.

The state prohibits all forms of environmental destruction. The industrial bankruptcy and unemployment of human group P34 are unavoidable results, but they are sacrifices made to safeguard the environment and long-term human interests.
